    Very nice Views and Perfect Location!

    We loved our harbor view room! The beds were so comfy we slept like babies. Don't miss the sunrise over the mountains. It's amazing! Grab breakfast at the nearby café for a great start to your day. Just a short water taxi ride to downtown!

    Everything there was wonderful and the staff were extremely great and friendly. Its location at a medium distance from Lower Lonsdale was marvellous. Moreover, it's just off the North Shore and a market. The lobby restaurant served a wide array of nice food. My stay here was fantastic.

    Overall clean hotel, incredible breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect close to Polygon Gallery and Lonsdale Quay, and a cruise ship. The personnel is reasonably good and helpful. Rooms are well furnished and well-appointed with a balcony, lovely views, a comfortable bed, food is outstanding.

    The view from my balcony overlooking the harbor was fine and made the stay really enjoyable. Would highly recommend checking out nearby restaurants for meals instead of relying on hotel food.

    I appreciated convenient placing of pay TV, ironing facilities and a study table in the double room. Plus it was individual and the bed was very clean. The location was best possible, for example, Cathedral was not too far from the hotel.

    Very easy access to downtown Vancouver, across the seabus. The room was comfortable and designed well.

    Comfortable room, amazing location, with easy access to restaurants and the ferry to downtown, we appreciated the indoor swimming pool and the fine ocean views from our balcony.

    Room was very nice and clean. Glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful making restaurant recommendations and general other stuff.

    The hotels staff and services were second to none. The Pinnacles location made it extremely easy to find everything we were looking for. My wife and I are looking forward to our next trip to Vancouver. See you next time.

    The cheese rolls at Burgoo were an absolute must-try alongside the waterfront views! Plus, the staff at PIER 7 Restaurant + Bar were super friendly. Talk about a warm vibe!

    Parking can break the bank in Vancouver, though there are plenty of options around.

    It was a very pleasant hotel internally. Very comfortable with very efficient and frienedly staff.

    It was out of the hotel's control, but a stunning view of Vancouver was spoilt by the museum's crane right in front of it. This was a shame.

    The indoor pool and steam room were perfect. The only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast, but overall, I had a great experience 🌊

    I loved the stunning views from the harbor view room and the super comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the truffle fries! I'd definitely come back for another stay!

    Had a blast with friends at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring, with the North Shore Spirit Trail nearby and fun activities like mountain ropes adventures and zip-lining. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We loved hanging out by the pool and the view from our room was fine. Don't miss the chance to check out nearby restaurants and shops!

    Staff were efficient, the room very comfortable. I felt very safe (i.e. the elevators needed to be accessed with your key) The restaurant is good. It has good parking, which is easily accessible--easier to figure out and access than Lonsdale Quay's parking for example. The location is good for me, as I have family close by, but it is also close to the sea busses, and therefore the sky-train. Also an easy drive back up to the highway to go to IKEA.

    I was completely satisfied.
